LOCATION
Estancia La Elvira is situated on the open coast of Península Valdés, at Caleta Valdés, a coastal feature that lodges an important variety of mammals and sea birds. We are 180 km from the city of Puerto Madryn, a tourist reference to the Península; 80 km from the town of Puerto Pirámides, a well-known destination for being the place chosen by southern right whales in times of mating, and 40 km from the Punta Norte reserve.

LA ELVIRA: THE HOUSE
With a seating capacity for 120 people, the Roadhouse constitutes one of the most spectacular panoramic viewpoints of the region for its amazing outlook over the Caleta Valdés. A wide range of delicious and specially selected dishes will be awaiting you, among which you will find our speciality -roast lamb reared at our ranch.
After having enjoyed a delicious lunch or simply a snack, you will be able to walk along self-guided footpaths and observe the abundant fauna and flora species that grow in the region. Not less remarkable, the important rookery of southern elephant seals that lie along 10 kilometres of coast and the newly created colony of Magellanic penguins will make your stroll even more enjoyable. Caleta Valdés is also a place frequently visited by killer whales, the southern right whale and several dolphin species.

Situated in a superb location amid unspoilt countryside and furnished to very high standards, the Country Hotel offers eight double comfortable rooms with private bathroom and central heating.

DAY 1 - Arrival to Trelew Airport and transfer to hotel in Puerto Madryn. 03 nts of accommodation with breakfast

DAY 2 - Excursion to Peninsula Valdès Reserve

DAY 3 - Excursion to Punta Tombo Penguin Reserve. Later we visit Trelew and MEF Museum (Dinosaurs of Patagonia) and later Gaiman (Welsh Colony)

DAY 4 - Transfer to airport
