ANTARCTIC PENINSULA, ISLAS MALVINAS AND SOUTH GEORGIA
Our Explorers´Cruises combine the comfortable adventure cruises of Classic Antarctica (see Classic Antarctica Cruise) with visits to the Islas Malvinas and South Georgia.
They include many of the wildlife and scenic highlights of the Antarctic Peninsula and the South Shetland Islands as well as the best of these two wildlife-rich sub-Antarctic islands.
Depending on the itinerary, the tours embark and disembark in the ports of Ushuaia or Puerto Madryn in Argentina, or Puerto Argentino, in Islas Malvinas.

Islas Malvinas, South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula
20-Day voyage emberking and disembarking in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina
DAY
1: Ushuaia, Arrive in the southermost city in the world and transfer independentrly
to the Hotel Los Ñires or similar hotel. The remainder of the day
is free to explore this frontier town at leisure.
DAY
2: A chance to wander around Ushuaia, nestled between the spectacular
show-capped mountains of the Andes and the Beagle Channel, or to explore
the surrounding wilderness areas. Embarkation begins later in the afternoon.
DAY
3: At sea
DAY 4-5: Islas Malvinas
DAY 6-7: At sea
DAY 8-11: We plan four days on South Georgia
DAY 12-13: At sea
DAY 14-17: South Shetland Islands and the Antarctic Peninsula
DAY 18-19: Drake Passage
DAY 20: Ushuaia

Islas Malvinas, South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula
20-Day voyage embarking in Puerto Madryn, Argentina, and disembarking in Puerto Argentino, Islas Malvinas.
DAY 1: Buenos Aires. Arrive in Buenos Aires, the cosmopolitan capital of Argentina, where we meet our fellow adventurers. Overnight at the Hotel Presidente, or similar hotel.
DAY 2: Buenos Aires/Trelew. Fly to Trelew* and transfer to Puerto Madryn (Close to the wildlife rich Peninsula Valdes and the largest breeding ground in the world for southern right whales). Embark the Professor Molchanov in the late afternoon.

3-4: At sea
DAY 5-9: We plan up to five days on South Georgia.
Day 10-12: At sea
Day 13-16: Antarctic Peninsula and South Shetland Islands.
Day 17-18: At sea
Day 19: Islas Malvinas
Day 20: Puerto Argentino, Islas Malvinas

South Georgia and Antarctic Peninsula
17-Day voyage embarking in Islas Malvinas and disembarking in Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego, Argentina.
DAY
1: Santiago de Chile. Arrive in the busy capital of Chile and transfer
independently to the hotel Plaza San Francisco or similar hotel. The remainder
of the day is free to explore this colorful town at leisure.
DAY 2: This morning, after breakfast, fly to Puerto Argentino (Stanley)*,
the charming capital of the Islas Malvinas. Embark the professor Multanovskiy
in the afternoon.
DAY 3-4: At sea
DAY 5-8: South Georgia
DAY 9-10: At sea
DAY 11-14: South Shetlands and Antarctic Peninsula
DAY 15-16: At sea
DAY 17: Ushuaia
