CRUISES TO ANTARCTICA - BOOKING INFORMATION

Booking Information

When booking one of our expedition cruises you will be safe in the knowledge that you are being looked after by the most experienced cruise operator to polar regions.
The information below is designed to help you with the booking process including guidelines on how to make a booking, together with details of what is, and what isn't, included in the expedition rates shown on each tour page.

Expedition Rates

All expedition rates throughout the brochure are per person in US dollars, based on shared occupancy. Standard twin cabins are available for single occupancy at 1.5 times the share price. Please ask about our request share program.

Not Included

Any airfare, whether on scheduled or charter flights; passport and visa expenses; government arrival and departure taxes; meals ashore; supplement for single hotel accommodations; baggage, cancellation and personal insurance (which is strongly recommended); excess baggage charges and all items of a personal nature such as laundry, bar and beverage charges and telecommunication charges; and the customary gratuity at the end of the voyage for those who have served you aboard (guidelines will be provided)

To make a booking...

A deposit of US$1000 per person is required to confirm a reservation on a Classic Antarctica, Classic Antarctica Adventure or Islas Malvinas (Falkland Islands) Odyssey with final payment due 90 days prior to departure. A deposit of US$1500 per person is required to confirm a reservation on an Explorers' Cruise with final payment due 90 days prior to departure. All prices and payment are in US dollars and no other currencies can be accepted.
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing . Cancellations received 90 days prior to departure are fully refunded less an administrative fee of US$500 per person. Please note that within the 90 day limit all deposits and tariffs are forfeited. If the cancellation occurs within the 90 day period and full payment has not yet been received, the full penalty will still apply and unpaid monies are due immediately.

Expedition Rates Include

Voyage aboard the vessel as indicated in the itinerary
Pre-cruise hotel accommodation on a share basis with breakfast as indicated in the itinerary
All meals throughout the voyage aboard the ship
All shore excursions and activities throughout the voyage by Zodiac
Program of lectures by notes naturalists and leadership by experienced expedition staff
Transfer and baggage handling between the hotel and the ship for embarkation and from the ship to the Antarctic Unit office located at the entrance of the pier after disembarkation. Passengers departing on the same day on the mourning flight will continue by bus to the airport
Comprehensive pre-departure material and Antarctic handbook
All miscellaneous service taxes and port charges throughout the program· Detailed post-expedition log
